2. Ordering

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to kundtjanst@wsdata.se.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-4 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
Products not in stock (Pre-order/*Delivery 4-7 days) can normally be sent within 4-7 working days but may have longer delivery times due to logistics problems if the product is out of stock at the supplier and should the delivery time be delayed, you will be contacted by us via e-mail for a more detailed information regarding the delivery time.

It is fine to contact us before ordering regarding delivery time if the item is out of stock, there are many suppliers who have longer delivery times than normal caused by logistics problems after Covid-19. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you can contact us at e-mail address: kundtjanst@wsdata.se.

Shipping options "Frakt Inrikes - Varubrev" is not recommended when buying more expensive goods, but instead choose one of the other shipping options.

If the goods is damaged or lost during transport from WSData, we are not liable for compensation, you can then complain about this directly to the carrier. If the product is damaged or lost when the customer returns an item, the customer is responsible for payment.

Change of delivery address due to entered the wrong information or need to change the recipient's name, failed to indicate that it is to a business address, this also applies to private individuals if the package needs to be sent to another agent after the package has been sent away from us, a fee of SEK 250 is added which the carrier charges for these changes.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.

We reserve the right for price changes caused by supplier price changes, error prints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Return Policy

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at rma@wsdata.se. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for the return shipping, it is possible to buy a return shipping note on the website, which is recommended (is insured). The sender is responsible for the condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging.

Upon return, the product must not have been used or tested more than necessary, installed or assembled.

Examples of handled goods to a greater extent than necessary can e.g. be a product that is returned dirty, lacks a manual, original box, accessories or that has been used.

By used, we mean that the product is used in addition to just being tested.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product if the product is used or damaged.

The Distance Selling Act does not apply to companies and traders. Right of withdrawal does not apply. For certain goods that can be stocked by us, we in some cases deduct from 20% in the event of a return. Contact us and we will get back to you if it becomes possible for us to return the product.

Uncollected consignment is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have the nature of sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods such as ordering goods, consumables such as ink cartridges and batteries, processors, software, software agreements, hygiene products such as in-ear headsets and specially adapted products, spare parts for phones/tablets that have been fitted or have a broken seal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies and traders. (Even if the purchase was made as a private person and the goods were sent to a company address and which are intended for use in business)

6. Bought the wrong product.

If you buy the wrong product and wish to replace it with another product, a fee of SEK 169 is charged for shipping costs (return shipping) and handling, shipping is charged for sending out a new product.

7. Complaints and guarantees

We are checking all products before these are sent. If the product would still be defective or wrong when it arrives, we agree in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation to fix the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.

7.1 How do you proceed on complaint?

Any faults and defects must always be announced by the customer.

A complaint you need to do as soon as you discover a defect on the product, so we can solve this as soon as possible.

Original error on the product can be announced within 3 years and we follow the manufacturer's assessment on complaints. Proof after 6 months from the purchase is the customer's responsibility. After an approval of RMA, returns must be made with packages (PostNord or DHL). Products must be packaged properly with packing materials and ESD sensitive products in antistatic bags.

It is important to write the order number and an error description on the return form. Clearly describe the error on the item, then it is easier for the complaint department to find the error on the item.

LCD screens for phones/tablets you need to test before you finally assemble it. If there is defects on the screen, you need to take a photo showing the defect and email the image to RMA@wsdata.se. If the screen has been mounted, we do not approve the complaint. Note that we do not send a new item if it is damaged when we have received the item.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the goods are not incorrect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see ARN.

Normally, there is always at least 1-year warranty from the invoice date, some manufacturers can offer longer warranties than this year, this directly handled towards the manufacturer's service office for the end customer, (manufacturer guarantee applies from the date of manufacture), if you are uncertain it is always good to contact us for more information. For products that are counted as consumables e.g. Ink cartridges and batteries apply 3 months warranty. Products on clearance sale and used products are subject to a limited warranty, which is usually shown in the product description.

Error caused by the wrong handling/assembly or external damage of the product is not covered by the warranty. In addition, the respective manufacturers' warranty conditions apply.

If the product is not repaired, it may be replaced by a current or equivalent to the manufacturer's or WSData; s choice alternatively credited from a valuation. WSData has the right to decide how any warranty replacement should take place. Any valuation is based on the daily value and how long the product has been with the customer related to the warranty period. Utility deductions are added when crediting. Normal waiting time for a guarantee case if the product is sent to the manufacturer is about 3-4 weeks.

A product that turns out to be faultless is returned to the sender without action with debited return shipping and the buyer is also charged a troubleshooting fee, currently 400 SEK.

The warranty does not include errors that have been caused through incorrect handling of the product or incorrect assembly.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

9. Product information

We reserve the right for any clerical error on this site as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

By trading with WSData you agree to our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We will never sell or disclose your information to any third party without legal basis.
WSData is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order as well as the occasions when you have wanted newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service) we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

11.4.1 Payment provider
