Shipments and returns
Packages and item of mail are usually dispatched within 2-4 days after payment is completed and sent by Postnord or DHL.
Products not in stock (Pre-order/*Delivery 4-7 days) can normally be sent within 4-7 working days but may have longer delivery times due to logistics problems if the product is out of stock at the supplier and should the delivery time be delayed, you will be contacted by us via e-mail for a more detailed information regarding the delivery time.
Just contact us before ordering regarding delivery time if the item is out of stock, there are many suppliers who have longer delivery times than normal caused by logistics problems after Covid-19.
For company delivery choose Postnord or DHL then the package is sent to the company address.
When choosing a registered mail or package delivery we will send a shipment ID to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
Change of delivery address due to entered the wrong information or need to change the recipient's name, failed to indicate that it is to a business address, this also applies to private individuals if the package needs to be sent to another agent after the package has been sent away from us, a fee of SEK 250 is added which the carrier charges for these changes. Shipping options "Shipping Domestic - Letter" is not recommended when buying more expensive goods, but instead choose one of the other shipping options.
If the goods is damaged or lost during transport from WSData, we are not liable for compensation, you can then complain about this directly to the carrier. If the product is damaged or lost when the customer returns an item, the customer is responsible for payment.
